Birthday Boy!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG BOY!! Two years ago today at 10:30pm you had finally arrived, I know I'm writing this an hour later than I should've but I was getting it all ready.

Anyway, daddy and I were in the hospital that night going through baby name books to come up with a name. We keep spouting off names to see if they fit and nothing would fit so we decided to sleep on it and then that next morning daddy popped off with James Ryan and it just stuck. You felt like a James just looking at you for the first time.

From this bulbous nose tiny little thing,

to this BLONDE HAIR BLUE EYED BOY!

He had A LOT of fun!! We did presents, he received a McQueen Pillow Book, Guitar just right for his size, some trucks, Dinoco McQueen Shake-n-Go racer, hot wheels, clothes and a 4-wheeler power wheel.

Opening presents, although he would open then want to play with it and not bother the other gifts. LOL It was funny to watch.

Two Years Ago

James was still in my belly. I miss those little kicks and punches yanno. I feel ready for another but I know we aren't ready financially. So here's to hoping that the Eleventh, James has a nice party.

We already have bought him some clothes, hot wheel cars, and a movie. We are also getting him a power wheel but haven't quite decided on which one to get him. Either the Ford Mustang, another John Deere, or a truck. Daddy is probably at his parents house figuring that out, hopefully.

I'm really glad though that I didn't have him on Halloween. My due date was the 28th and well two early is pretty fine with me, becuase after 37wks they are able to breathe on their own.

Anyway sorry got off track. LOL He is going to be a Bite Size Count for Halloween. Pictures will come afterwards.

Crazy how time flies when you have more than one child. I swear it felt like it was going so slow with Connor, his brother and now it's just zooming by.

I just had to get that out.

He is such a bath boy, everytime I start the water he comes a runnin. LOL He loves playing with when it's flowing out of the faucet, loves laying down in it like he's swimming. Just an all around fun boy when it comes to water. :) His brother was like that not anymore. Just shows you how differnet they can be when they are born so close together.

Mothering is a wonderful feeling
this was back in may but I figured I'd put it up here that way I can keep it forever and do what I want with it....


Took a shower together just standing there relaxing in the warm
water wish i had a photographer there would've been some good shots of him
resting his head on me. i felt so motherly like something was bothering him and
i was soothing him instead of letting him cry while i took a shower, i was only
able to get my hair washed but that's okay. i kinda felt good to have a lil one
like that rest his head on my shoulder again. connor only does that when he's
sick or falls asleep.

James just starting crawling about 2wks ago and he follows is brother everywhere!!! Including me when he needs something like fed, diaper change, or needs a nap. Thess right now though are my favorite expressions from James. In the first one it looks like he's saying "UUMMM... Yea now what do u want?" and the second one he looks like his a chipmunk. to cute and he's eyes are alot bluier than Connor's ever were. It's unreal how blue they are.
I can't believe he'll be 8months on the 13th, where has the time gone. There for awhile when he was first born it seemed like he couldn't grow fast enough and now I want it to slow down because I know that once he starts walking I'm going to have two walking and I'll be pulled in two different directions to do this with one and that with the other. what to do, what to do? James is my momma's boy through and through. It's like I'm the only one that can soothe him and put him to sleep for long periods of time. Everywhere else with whomever he's with he only sleeps maybe 20-45minutes. go figure I guess. :)

James has done nothing but fuss all day long he only napped for about a half hour to let me get a shower while Connor ate lunch!!! AAHHH I want to pull my hair out!!!! HALLELUJAH!!!! it's 2:30p and they are both napping. Man that feels good.

Well tonight we are going over my parents house for dinner and then my mom and I are going to a jewelry party while MIL watches the boys.

Tomorrow my mom and I are taking the boys to get there pictures taken with tuxedos!!! I hope they turn out well.

I finally ate something, leftover spaghetti. mmmm mmmm good now I need to put all the toys back so when they wake up all I have to do is get them ready to go out the door.
